Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the goods.

If you cancel, we will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of being informed. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

• Perishable goods (such as food, seeds, plants)

• Custom or personalized items

• Sale items or gift cards
