🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via DHL and DPD, with tracking included. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

🕒 Processing Time

⚠️ Holiday Notice: We are currently on holiday.
All orders placed during this period will be processed starting 14 October 2025, within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods (such as seasonal markets or new product launches), processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Germany: 2–4 business days
EU countries: 4–15 business days
International: 7–30 business days (depending on destination and customs)

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Flat rates are available for Germany and the EU.

📦 Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by DHL, DPD, or customs, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and a photo (if applicable).
