White Bhut Jolokia - 15 seeds
15 seeds from our plants in Berlin. Pale ghost peppers with fruity flavour and plenty of bite.
Origin and breeding
The White Bhut Jolokia, also known as the White Ghost Pepper, is a rare color variant of the original Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper). It was selectively bred by hobbyist growers to isolate its unique pale ivory to creamy white coloration, while retaining the intense heat of its red ancestor.

Flavour and heat
Clean and citrusy, with a burn that arrives quickly and stays a while.
Estimated heat: 800,000 to 1,000,000 SHU.
Our peppers haven’t been lab-tested for Scoville heat.
We grow each variety ourselves before offering the seeds, and save seeds from peppers that best match the variety. Our plants are open-pollinated, so you may still see some variation in the peppers you grow.
