Origin & Breeding

Part of the legendary 7 Pot family from Trinidad, the 7 Pot White is a rare, pale-colored superhot known for its distinctive creamy pods and brutal heat. It gets its name from the local saying that one pod is hot enough to spice seven pots of stew. This variety was selectively bred to enhance its unique color while maintaining the fearsome intensity of its relatives

  • Germination & Growing

    • Start indoors (Nov–Jan) in nursery trays or 5×5×5 cm pots.

    • Use light, well-draining seed-starting soil.

    • Soil temp: 26–30 °C, Air temp: 22–28 °C, Humidity: >60%.

    • Use a humidity dome + heating mat.

    • Provide 12–16 hours of light daily.

    • Add airflow with a fan after germination.

Flavour Profile & Heat
The 7 Pot White offers a slightly floral and fruity flavour, followed by a slow-building, intense burn. Heat levels typically range from 1,100,000 to 1,800,000 SHU, placing it firmly among the hottest 7 Pot types.

Note: These seeds were open-pollinated in proximity to superhot pepper varieties, which may result in slightly smaller pod sizes and variations in heat levels. Flavour and productivity remain excellent, but some variation may occur in plant traits.
