Sweet chilli with a savoury streak.
Made in Berlin with fermented garlic and ginger, fish sauce, hoisin, and our Aji Charapita and Sugar Rush Stripey peppers. You get caramel notes and fruity sweetness, with gentle heat.
Dip your gyozas, summer rolls or fried chicken in it. Spoon it over rice and noodles, or use it as a glaze for meat and roasted vegetables.
